A few steps needed before using this apps!
First step- Install the software VBC5 (which included inside the download)
Second step - after installing, right click the vb5cce.exe click PROPERTIES.
Third step - At the compability tab, check the Run as administer.
Then go into the folder you downloaded, double click the PROJECT1.VBP and choose to run with the vbcee5 program.
